holiday portrait session

While most of my work is with businesses, I leave some room in my schedule for limited family sessions. I specialize in active families and children young and old. Every holiday session gets guidance before the session to help you choose clothing and prepare your family. During the session you get my undivided attention, and at the end there is a little treat for the children. 

Traditional and lifestyle holiday photos

I always try to get the “grandma” shot that is more traditional with eyes and smiles at the camera, but some of your images will show the style and mood that you see in my portfolio, focusing on real connection and affection. Your children can play and show their personality. While I guide and give direction, you’ll be naturally focused on the people who matter most to you – your family. Your holiday card will look fabulous with a mixture of the two.

Holiday Session: $780 (plus VA state sales tax), up to one hour and includes 20-50 digital files. Print products will be available for purchase after session.

Location and Time

I hold these sessions at Claude Moore Park in Sterling, VA 1.5 hours before sunset.

These sessions can be held any time of the year. In fact, I encourage families to book their sessions in the spring and summer to avoid the holiday rush and ensure their images are ready long before the winter holidays.
